Efrem Leigh, 43 conceived and founded his first ski recruitment website in 2000. Efrem was running the Thomson Ski programme from 98 to 2000 and found it difficult to get decent staff recruited and recognised that there was a need for an online recruitment website for jobs in ski resorts. He quit Thomson in March 2000 and launched his ski site www.fresh-tracks.co.uk in May 2000. This was the first database driven recruitment website for ski jobs! |
This was then rebranded to voovs.com in 2002 and to seasonal-jobs.com in 2007.
Efrem brings over 8 years experience in running jobsites and over 23 years hands on work experience in hospitality, leisure and tourism to the table! He has worked as a hotel manager in resort as well as running chalets and bars and is now based in Antibes, France where he is recruiting chefs for luxury yachts in addition to running the seasonal site!
