Positions available: Freelance Cricket Coach for Darren Talbot Cricket Coaching (multiple positions available nationwide)
Line Manager: Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
Salary: £15-25 per hour according to age, area and experience
Working Hours: Around 5-10 hours per week midweek, usually afternoons but other times potentially as well.
One of the few national cricket coaching companies in the United Kingdom, Darren Talbot Cricket Coaching is currently looking to continue its expansion into new areas of the country and is looking for freelance cricket coaches to coach in schools during the daytime and potentially run cricket birthday parties at weekends.
Coaches will be expected to be able to go to the same schools at the same time each week during the course of a term and deliver coaching sessions to children of mixed ages and mixed abilities.

Requirements
• UKCC2 or ECB Level 2 coaching qualification or above
• Current Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check
• First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old)
• Safeguarding Children Certificate (less than 3 years old)
• ECB Coaches Association Membership
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills able to communicate equally effectively with teachers, parents and pupils alike
• Flexibility in working hours
• Able to give minimum 12 months commitment
• Own car with full driving licence
• Self motivated
