Celebrating 27 years as 'The Ski Chalet Specialist', Ski Total has been the UK's fastest growing ski specialist over the last five years, and has successfully expanded its range to include Chalet Hotels as well as chalets. Our programme features premier resorts in France, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Our chalets are in prime locations in Europe's premier, prestige ski resorts - many with luxury features such as swimming-pools, hot-tubs and saunas. The programme runs from early December to late April and all applicants must have an EU passport, permanent National Insurance number and UK bank account. Our fully inclusive remuneration package comprises of accommodation (including all utility bills) food, ski or board hire, local ski pass, medical insurance, Uniform, travel to and from the Alps and a weekly wage.

As General Assistant you will provide a welcoming atmosphere for the guests and ensure that the high standards that the company expects are maintained. You will assist with the cleaning and preparation of the Chalet or Hotel, assist with the production of reports and help to compile information about your resort for guests. You will help provide a first class service to all guests, welcome them on arrival and help them with their luggage. You will provide guests with information about the Chalet/Hotel and resort, be present at the welcome meeting and promptly and effectively deal with any problems that arise. You will assist with set-up and serving of breakfast and evening meals and cleaning afterwards, and, in Chalet Hotels, assist serving behind the bar. You will assist with daily and weekly housekeeping, maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure that guest bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas are clean and tidy. In Esprit you will assist in serving lunch to the children in the restaurant, and with setup for and in serving high tea to the children.
