The hotel provides breakfast and evening meal to the guests serving 80-120 covers. The chef will create and cost a varied and mouthwatering menu which consists of plated food including choice of 2 starters, 3 mains and a selection of desserts each day. The chef will need to speak enough French to be able to order the food and deal with the suppliers. You will be confident in your own ability, be hands on and be capable of managing a team of a Sous, Commis and a KP for the season!! In return you will get £800-£1000 per month with a bonus of £500 at the end of the season if you are on budget and hit targets! (Your salary is paid into the UK so you must have a UK bank account and Insurance number and be eligible to live and work in France) You will get your accommodation provided as well as ski pass for the whole 3 Valleys, food, ski equipment, transport to and from resort as well! Season starts end of November 08 and ends at end of April 09….. You will get a day and a half off per week so plenty of time to ski as well!! Qualifications Required previous chef expereicne to head or sous chef level, French language to conversational needed!
