We will expect the chosen candidate to hit the ground running so only minimal training will be provided. This person will need to know what they are doing from day #1. There is plenty of work for you and long term employment is assured for the right person. As an added bonus, we may also offer partial race sponsorship for your own personal racing effort to the right person who proves themselves capable of meeting and exceeding our expectations. You must have reliable transportation and have a somewhat flexible schedule (we can work with most reasonable requests). We don’t want to babysit our staff, so you better be self motivated and take the initiative to make things better, not just keep the status quo.
